Systems Architect

Solution Architect to develop preliminary design documentation. Ensures the project technical architecture complies with the enterprise standards, or that exceptions are documented and approved through the architecture exception process. Reviews high-level design with the system architect(s). Works with Tech Leads to assist with design deliverables modeled in UML, using Enterprise Architect tool. Monitors project issues and proactively updates the solution design to address these issues.

Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in MIS or CS, and five (5) plus years of application architecture work experience. Must have clear written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated understanding of data integration architectures including ODS and Datawarehouse concepts. Demonstrated experience with large vendor package implementation projects, with complex data integration between Oracle and SQL databases. Demonstrated knowledge with the UML. Ability to translate requirements into design components. Knowledge of IT Solution Delivery life cycle process and the ability to apply solution delivery best practices as defined. Experience using Enterprise Architect.

Local candidates preferred. must be able to work hourly on a w-2 only.
