Systems ans Requirement Engineer (m/f)

*collect all specifications and manage the documentation within and without a RE/Tooling, analyze and refine system and software requirements
*create the feature list, the requirement engineering plan, creates the traceability management plan, support the creation of a risk estimation
*guide the team members regarding RE processes and safety relevant processes
*support the SPICE assessment process for the System / Requirement parts
*handle all requirement related change requests
*assist in strategic discussions when needed regarding S&R together w/ Senior S&R Engineer

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

*academic studies in electronic engineering, computer science or something equivalent
*good technical know¬how in the area of automotive / embedded hardware, software development, etc. for complex systems
*good technical know-how of the used requirement tooling e.g. Doors
*good knowledge for requirement engineering processes like SPICE, CMMI
*good knowledge of the companys' internal requirement engineering processes should have the certification of the CPRE "Foundation Level"
*at least 1 project that was fully guided over project run time to achieve the required experience of requirements engineering / requirements management
*made requirements engineering setup including attributes, process documents, etc. for at least 1 project
*more than 2 years of experience in the field of system & requirements engineering
*basic knowledge as PES (functional safety)
*ability for clear and coherent communication and documentation
*has good social competence and and good network within the requirement community
