Projektbeschreibung

To ensure that information held in the personnel systems is accurate and that it is being used appropriately

To provide statistical information as required on an internal and external basis

To assist in the provision of effective business-based Systems Administration support for the NSPIS HR (Police Personnel) System and effective management information and reports

Administrative Support

Photocopy, present and distribute documents
Maintain a record management system
Input, retrieve and present data using a computer
Prepare and print documents using a computer
Review, retain and dispose of records and information

Information Management

Test technical systems or equipment
Diagnose and rectify faults with technical systems or equipment

Managing the Organisation

Gather information to support action
Monitor compliance with quality assurance systems
Participate in meetings
Process telephone calls
Provide customer service

To accurately update the organisation structure, posts and security within the NSPIS HR (Police Personnel) system in accordance with procedure, as required.
To collate and analyse relevant statistical and management information, producing both regular and ad-hoc management information reports as required within agreed timescales.

To monitor the quality and accuracy of information held in HR systems in North Yorkshire Police identifying any problems and solutions for improvements.

To assist in the provision of training to new and existing users of the HR systems, including the development and maintenance of user guides.
To assist and support existing users of the HR systems with problems or queries, identifying resolutions and process improvements as applicable.

To support (when required) other HR team members to deliver client requirements.

To produce both regular and ad-hoc management information reports as required.
