Systems Analyst SQL Server Support

You are not required to be an expert in this role. On a daily basis, you'll be assisting our internal folks with Windows Server, SQL Server, and Networking issues. No coding, no testing, all customer service and support. You must be available on-call, but we are flexible in respect to your schedule requests. No more than 40-hours a week is expected, as there is a strong emphasis on work/life balance. You will be expected to ramp up quickly.

SKILLS NEEDED:

- 1 year minimum within a working environment
- Customer service experience, with a strong emphasis in this area
- Exposure to some code (C/C#, etc.)
- Process oriented, above all other duties!
- Must understand ambiguity and work towards solving the issues out of the box if needed

NICE TO HAVE: WTT experience

This contract position is expected to be 3 months in duration.
