Systems Analyst - Scientific & Manufacturing (Junior) wanted for our client based in Basel.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 1 year+ Serialization experience
- Solid understanding of business processes in the supply chain environment, specifically in the packaging area
- Experience with Track & Trace Systems and automation
- Database/SQL knowledge (analyze/understand queries)
- Knowledge of at least one programming language to be able to understand Track and Trace related codes and analyze them (basic debugging)
- Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours or on-call arrangements to provide global support
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing application management and support, to ensure operational stability and effectiveness of several applications
- Incident management: accept, process, resolve issues in our Track and Trace applications
- Troubleshooting
- Supporting IT solutions by applying specific knowledge of systems and tools as well as problem solving skills
- Implementing and monitoring system performance and resolving or escalating problems
- Managing change requests to improve efficiency, functionality and reliability
- Participating in the execution and documentation of the system testing
