Systems Analyst/Business Analyst - Operational Risk Systems - London

We are searching for an Operational Risk Change Management professional. Do you have the experience and desire to work in an exciting and dynamic environment?

A leading Market Infrastructure Organisation, based in London, is looking for an experienced Operational Risk Professional to join their team. The role is a 6 month, rolling contract offering in the region between £600 and £800 a day.

You will be joining a team of Operational Risk SMEs, with the aim of helping them to roll out the organisation's new Operational Risk Framework. Your role, as the Systems Analyst, will be focused around facilitating the development of this framework by managing a variety of stakeholders. Therefore the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and experience of stakeholder liaison.

The successful candidate will have experience of the Wynyard/Methodware Operational Risk System Karios, preferably having experienced its implementation.

On a day-to-day basis your position will be key to providing Operational Risk Oversight throughout the organisation. You'll be responsible for ensuring the correct identification, support and management of Operational Risks and minimising the legal and regulatory implications to the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the implementation of the new Operational Risk Framework
- Working with Karios- the Operational Risk system
- Participate in Operational Risk Management projects; identifying risks, coordinating stakeholders and managing the solutions
- Lead the alignment of business operational needs internally and externally
- Stakeholder Liaison

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience and success within an Operational Risk role, as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst.
- Experience with the Wynyard/Methodware Operational Risk System Karios.
- A background within Financial Services
- Experience implementing operational risk frameworks
- Strong analytical and communication skills
