Systems Administrator Skype for Business with profound Microsoft Lync knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 3 years working experience in a Microsoft Lync UC environment as well as Scripting skills (PowerShell)
- Strong Microsoft Lync and Enterprise Voice experience (preferred Lync 2013 or Skype for Business) in design and operation as well as Lync Client and Server experience
- Proficiency of producing Lync reports, networking (Routing, VLAN, DNS, Proxies),protocols (SIP, TCP) and security (Firewall)
- Relevant troubleshooting experience along with solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with Actiance Vantage Compliance Tool as well as telecommunications infrastructure, concentrating on IP Telephony technologies, Avaya Session Manager and CISCO VCS Video Conferencing integration
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Ensuring and improving stability of the Skype for Business infrastructure
- Finishing the upgrade from LYNC to Skype for Business and supporting Skype for Mobile implementation
- Managing the performance, quality, reliability in addition to configuration of the regional/global Lync Enterprise Voice estate
- Deploying the instrumentation required to run the service reliability and quality as well as integrating Lync with Exchange and Video Conferencing platform
- Coordinating the capacity in Lync 2013, Verba voice recording and Actiance Vantage estate and Integration of Lync Edge services
- Troubleshooting end to end infrastructure including compliance stack (Actiance and Verba)
