Systems Administrator - Senior

RESPONSIBILITIES: DESCRIPTION 
Under the direction of the Identity & Access Management Systems Manager, the Information Protection Systems Analyst (Active Directory) will be responsible for Active Directory and Oracle account management. This Analyst will be involved with AD functions, Oracle account functions, auditing assistance, reporting, as well as assisting in Daily activities to enable the department in achieving Service Level Agreements and Customer Satisfaction. This Analyst should have working knowledge in Active Directory, UNIX hosts and Oracle basic knowledge. 
Will work closely with the team lead and/or senior to understand and follow support procedures. will engage with business groups to understand and resolve production and non-production environment issues. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
- Support Active Directory provisioning and deprovisioning processes, workflow and IT support model
- Support Oracle accounts provisioning and deprovisioning processes, workflow and IT support model 
- Respond to Active Directory support requests: high, medium and low 
- Support Active Directory changes and troubleshooting 
- Support Active Directory team 

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a large Active Directory environment 
- Understanding of WinTel host systems, such as Windows NT, 2000, 2003 and 2008, Windows XP and Windows 7 
- Understanding of UNIX hosts systems 
- Understanding of Oracle databases (basic) 
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Provision/de-provision user access (create/modify/delete user, computer and group objects) 
Manage/process service tickets 
Troubleshoot access, permissions 
Looks for alternatives to enhance productivity/efficiency including process/group automation
