This SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR position will be focused on supporting NetQoS doing operational application administration. The NetQoS application runs on Windows and Linux. An ideal candidate would have some (2-5 years) system administration experience, along with some network and SQL knowledge. Since the job will have a significant customer focus, experience working at a Helpdesk would be valuable. The person we choose would receive NetQoS training.

SKILL SET

- Unix/Linux (2-5 years) required
- Windows (1-3 years) required
- Customer Service (1-3 years) required
- SQL - preferred
- Network/CCNA preferred

The Operations team has front line 24/7 pager duty, currently one week on call about every 7-8 weeks. Required to be able to work weekends occasionally for maintenance, usually on Saturday mornings. Goal is to perform Tier 2 customer support, break-fix work.
