SYSTEMS ADMIN/WINDOWS SERVER/MS LYNC/MS EXCHANGE/NATO/SC CLEARED

RATE: €350 - 400

LOCATION: HAGUE

CLEARANCE: NATO SECRET

DUTIES
The following main duties shall be performed by the contractor with respect to the
maintenance and support of the LC21S Software and Systems.

* Perform LC21S technical surveys for remote sites
* Perform LC21S System administration and lab maintenance
* Perform LC21S System installation and maintenance
* Perform LC21S System support (on-site or remote sites)
* Perform LC21S baseline tracking with ticketing system
* Perform LC21S Testing activities of new baselines
* Perform LC21S any other relevant Quality Assurance Activities

The following secondary duties could be also required:
* Review, revision and write-up of technical documentation
* Technical coordination with supplier and customer system support staff
* Preparation of technical procurement specifications
* Provide system administration training

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Essential qualifications and experience:
Bachelor Degree or higher in informatics, computer science or a closely related
engineering field, and 4 years IT-related experience.
Extensive program administration of the following applications/concepts:

* Deep knowledge of MS Windows Server and associated core enterprise
services (Windows Server, Workstation operating systems, Active Directory
management, MS Exchange, MS Lync) - Installation, patching,
administration, tuning, configuration, hardening/securing, troubleshooting;
Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Management! Administration
* WSUS
* MS SQL - A thorough understanding of backup techniques (configuration,
administration, troubleshooting);
* MS SharePoint/MOSS
* DNS management
* MSAD
* MS ADLDS
* Certificates
* Powershell Script
* MS Office, MS Project
* IE
* GPO creation and usage
* NLB
* Virus Protection
* Office Macros
Knowledge and recent experience (a minimum of 12 months in the last 24
months) in the following areas:
* System administration, installation, maintenance and support. o Testing
activities.
* Other relevant Quality Assurance activities.
Deep knowledge of networking protocols, ports
Experience and thorough understanding of Disaster Recovery (HW/OS/Storage -
planning, implementation, testing, documenting;
Knowledge of Intel hardware (Servers, disk and tape storage);
Understanding of Remote Desktop Gateway Services; Remote App provisioning
Knowledge of and experience with System Center Configuration Manager,
System Center Operation Manager, System Center Orchestrator, Microsoft
Deployment toolset, Practical experience in:
* Computer system administration.
* Using test tools (eg SOAP UI, Fiddler).
* Service Oriented Architecture concepts and Web Services.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in English: 3232 (Listening, speaking, reading and writing). The work,
both oral and written, is conducted in English.

Desirable qualifications and experience:
1. Knowledge of enterprise and network management
2. Knowledge of communications protocols
3. Knowledge of information exchange and interoperability
4. Familiar with processes related to Change/Configuration management
5. Experience in supporting Command and Control (C2) Systems or applications
6. Knowledge and/or working experience with the following NATO Interoperability
formats:
* LC21S MIP (Block 2 or Block 3.1)
* LC21S ADatP-3 Message
* LC21S NVG
7. Knowledge and/or working experience with Web Map Services (eg ESRI ARCGIS,
OCG WBS)
