Systems Administrator

Our client - a well-respected bank, is looking for two Systems Administrators to be part of the messaging collaboration structure within the Real Time collaboration team. For more information, please read the descrption below.

Duration: 9 months and 12 months

* Please be advised the desired skills for the 9-month contract include Verba 8 Collaboration Recording and for the 12-month contract - Actiance Vantage Compliance Tool

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the regional/global Lync Enterprise Voice estate
- Manage and deploy the instrumentation required to run the service reliability and quality as well as the integration of Lync with Exchange (Unified Messaging) and Video Conferencing platform (Cisco)
- Change and release implementation and testing
- Capacity management in Lync 2013, Verba voice recording and Actiance Vantage estate and Integration of Lync Edge services (Federation, Web Conferencing and Mobile Collaboration)
- Review reports to manage service quality and end-user experience
- Troubleshoot end-to-end infrastructure including compliance stack (Actiance and Verba)
- Provide 2nd level support to other departments and consistency with other regions

IDEAL PROFILE

- Proven track record of at least 3 years' experience in supporting a complex Microsoft Lync UC environment including Scripting skills (PowerShell)
- Strong Microsoft Lync and Enterprise Voice experience (preferred Lync 2013 or Skype for Business) in design and operation
- Ability to generate Lync reports
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong troubleshooting experience
- Fluent in English
