Projektbeschreibung
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation and maintenance of software as required on production and development systems.
- Ensuring that relevant Work Instructions are documented and kept up to date.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of all security enhancements and actions listed in security audits.
- Assist in investigations of security breaches, malware incidents, and various other Incidents as needed.
- Complete server builds and system upgrades.
- Ensure that Patches are tested and pushed out to PCs across the Network in a timely fashion.
- Log work orders and change requests as required in the Service Desk Express system.
- Assist the Service Desk staff as needed in troubleshooting level 2 or 3 support issues.
- Be involved in the planning and implementation of new software, hardware and technologies.
- Be involved in troubleshooting Network and or Server related issues as they arise.
- Travel to other sites when required to provide 2nd or 3rd Level support.
- Assist in training Service desk staff in new technologies as developed.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven working knowledge of or exposure to a Windows networking environment and the following technologies
- Windows Server 2008/2012
- Active Directory 2012
- Windows Group Policy
- SQL 2008/2012R2
- Microsoft SCCM
- Citrix Xenapp 6.5 & Netscaler
- Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013
- VmWare 5.5
- Commvault 9
- Cisco Networking
- GFI Archiver
- Ability to document work flow instructions and configuration documents
