SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR REDMOND, WA CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

Looking for a candidate to work with infrastructure/architecture that has 2 nodes per VM, and will be run off of two physical configurations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong experience with Windows Server 2012
- Very strong experience with Hyper V
- Must have experience with VMs in at least one flavor of Linux (Cent-OS, RedHat etc.)
- Must have experience with at least one but ideally two flavors of Hadoop (Cloudera, and Hortonworks)

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:

- Infiniband is used an in-house bandwidth accelerator in this environment
- SAS/JBOD is used to house the actual disk arrays
- 2 versions of Hadoop will need to be able communicate with each other, so they will essentially be connected and linked together
- Ideal person also will be comfortable documenting all of the onboarding processes as it pertains to how the system was built and configured, and how it needs to be maintained
