Systems Administrator

This role will have a strong focus on the support and maintenance of corporate applications

The successful applicant will need technical skills to effectively maintain and I prove the client's ICT environment

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Provide support for client's corporate applications and systems.
- Manage the release of changes to client's Java and.NET applications.
- Design,implement and support client's WinTel systems and Servers;
- Supply 3rd level technical support for core systems i including MSExchange, MSSQLServer, ActiveDirectory, desktopSOE, Citrix, VMWare, SystemCenterConfigurationManager;
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of Information Technology procedures and standards

To be successful the ideal candidate will have:

- Demonstarated experience in developing applications using J2EE
- Demonstarated development experience with XML processing and transformation
- Demonstrated experience in system integration via web services and Java/COM bridging
- Knowledge of web app development using Struts/JSP and Javascript
