Systems Administrator

Our high-visibility client is designing a new commerce platform that will be landing on cloud-based infrastructure. The project will involve creating and documenting scripts that will enable automated provisioning of new environments within the cloud using vendor provided APIs, working with developers to tune their applications to run optimally on cloud-based infrastructure, assisting in the creation and implementation of a scale-up/scale-out strategy that will allow the company to meet stakeholder performance and capacity requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor system infrastructure, provide system support, provide team support, document processes and procedures, and assist in developing solutions to ensure scalability, reliability and security of system.
