SUMMARY: 

Technician will deploy the release of new technologies as well as designs, installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of server operating systems, related utilities and hardware. Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting server problems as reported by users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supports Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment
- Installs new Servers and maintains the server infrastructure
- Follow customer incident, change, and problem processes using Remedy 7

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

-Server installation/configuration in Windows/Vsphere 4-5 environment to conform to company policies
-Installation and configuration/troubleshooting for numerous applications
-Documentation creation and support for company objectives and security
-Maintaining of a root cause directory regarding issues for future outages
-Investigating by forensic means for production outages
-2003-2008 Windows clustering builds and maintenance/trouble resolution

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have VMware experience preferably VSphere
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
-Experience with Windows Serves 2003-2008
-Enterprise level experience is highly preferred
