System Transformation Consultant for a Shared Services Transformation, assist with an Human Resources Transformation project. Guide my client through the process of reviewing the options for outsourcing its HR and Payroll functions within 2 public sector organisation,

We are looking for someone who is proven in bringing to together HR Legacy systems into a shared service environment. There is also an added complexity of this project that the two organisations are quite different. Knowledge of data conversion ETL and system interfaces is essential.

You will audit the current systems and functions and advise on implementing a new operating model and opportunities through shared arrangements, whilst maintaining a high quality service to internal customers, which directly supports our clients service arrangements.

Key responsibilities for the iTrent HR Systems SME would include providing expert advice and support on the implementation and development of an integrated HR/Payroll system to enable the establishment of an HR Shared Service Centre as part of the HR Transformation Project.
