System Trainer - Edinburgh - £18ph full time - 3 to 6 Months

* SYSTEM TRAINER - EDINBURGH - £18PH FULL TIME - 3 TO 6 MONTH.*

Our EDINBURGH based Public Sector client has a fantastic opportunity for an SYSTEMS TRAINER to learn/understand then design and deliver the training/training materials for a new HR workforce system across this organisation.

KEY DUTIES:

- Design then deliver job specific training to super users of a new HR workforce system
- Raise awareness across this organisation of the new system
- Design training manuals/user guides, workshops and E-learning by identifying training needs.
- Conducting system needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Designing bespoke training
- Delivering training
- Designing training material eg, user guides, training manuals, E-learning,
- Identifying organisation training needs in relation to a system
- Delivering E-learning, workshops

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- NHS experience
- Experience with Oracle HRMS
