System Tolerance Expert

FOR OUR CLIENT IN THE SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SYSTEM TOLERANCE EXPERT!

INTRODUCTION

Do you have analytically broad machine interest? Do you have good sense for manufacturability (both machining as integrating and adjusting modules)? You like working with many interfaces on various levels and disciplines?

JOB MISSION

Define the mechanical system tolerances (part of SDS mechanical architecture). Secure that all stages and handlers (like WS,WH) have sufficient range, sensors are accurately positioned (like SPM, LS) and modules have sufficient clearance (prevent dynamic shortcuts, (seismic) machine damage). Find creative solutions where needed. You will be part of mechanical layout (architecture) project. First in new machines. Later also in other programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Owner system tolerances chapter in SDS
- Find solutions incase of new hardware or tightened specifications
- Drive concepts to decisions. Involve SE incase of system trade-offs
- Write TPS/TAR (statistical data analysis)

EDUCATION

Masters or PhD. Preferably mechanics, mechatronics, optics (with mechanical experience).

EXPERIENCE

- Mechanical tolerancing, preferably on complex modules
- Statistics
