DURATION: CONTRACT ( 12 MONTHS)

LOCATION: COLUMBIA, SC 29219

JOB DESCRIPTION:

40% Create and execute test cases. During the testing process monitor the system for exceptions and other items requiring post-test attention.

40% Attend project meetings to provide feedback and input for design documents. Serve as liaison between customers and I/S development. Assist customers with questions regarding the testing process, defects, etc.

20% Prepare written reports and analyses, including recommendations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high profile, complex testing environment

Bachelor Degree in any technical field OR 4 years education & work combined OR 4 extra years work experience for a total of 9 years work experience -REQUIRED

Manual and Automated testing experience -REQUIRED 5 YEARS

Expertise in testing web services based systems with minimal to no user interface -REQUIRED

Working experience with XML and XQuery, preferably Marklogic Back End knowledge -REQUIRED

Good working knowledge of SOAPUI Tool -REQUIRED

Hands-on experience with HP Quality Center -REQUIRED

Excellent verbal and written communication skills -REQUIRED

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -REQUIRED

Team Player REQUIRED

Well organized and efficient with excellent judgment and decision-making skills -REQUIRED

Flexibility in schedule and ability to work during different shifts -REQUIRED

Knowledge of X12/EDI Transactions -DESIRED

Business knowledge in Insurance space (Issuers, Plans, Enrollments, etc.) -DESIRED
