System Tester x 2

This reputable organisation is looking for 2 TEST ANALYST to support the testing of a major reform program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review business requirements and/or impact analysis to identify testing requirements.
- Develop test plans/specifications and identify and create test data and testing scripts.
- Perform system testing.
- Perform accessibility and regression testing.
- Create and execute automation testing scripts in HP Quality Centre.
- Create automation framework user defined functions (UDF) in HP QTP.
- Record test outcomes in HP Quality Centre, clearly documenting the test results, errors/bugs and anomalies found in order that the application developer can readily understand.
- Liaise with development team.
- Assist in performance testing.
- Assist in UAT - scripts, setting of data, user profiles.

Essential Skills

- Government experience is highly regarded especially in the educational sector.
- At least three (3) years' experience System Testing.
- At least three (3) years' experience in automation testing.
- Experience in HP Quality Centre and QTP.
- Experience developing an automation Framework (Keyword Driven).
- Understanding of structured testing methodologies.
- Experience testing both Client Server GUI & browser products.
- Analysis and test specification design skills.
- Database experience, writing SQL to find test data across multiple tables.
- Experience in regression, accessibility, integration and performance.
- Experience working with changing requirements and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work Independently/self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills.
