-Handling of tickets, change requests and troubleshooting
-Recognize the severity and level of issues
-Liable for the distribution of problems to the different levels
-Preparing meetings and minutes among other tasks
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Background in IT
-Extensive experience as Helpdesk or First Level Support
-Good knowledge of Oracle data bases and Java applications
-Experience with RAPIDor GPRS is a plus
-Fluent in English, German is an advantage
