My client is looking for a System Support contractor in Paris.

Work hours: 7 hours/day
Start date: ASAP
Contract: 3 month

Technical and skill requirements:
o Imaging of Desktops and Laptops
o Ability to support - Mac OS X, MS Windows 7 and Linux
o Good awareness of Linux, Mac OS X
o MS Office
o Anti Virus software support and awareness
o Networking skills and TCP/IP awareness and understanding
o Resolve assigned Incidents, problems, and service requests
o Perform timely delivery of service per the processes outlined in the Statement of Work
o Resolve the problem by using a systematic troubleshooting approach and appropriate technical documentation, diagnostic, and maintenance procedures

Essential experience/Qualifications:
o Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent
o Spoken and Written English and French ideally. Ideally living in France or have worked there before.
o Good organisational skills
o Ability to work well on their own

Desired:
o ITIL awareness
o MCP's (MCSE/MCSA)
o ACSP

Eligibility Requirements:
o Ability to work in EU (France)

Any experience in the following roles is also advantageous:
Desk Side Support, Roll out Engineer, 2nd Level support, System Administrator
