SYSTEM SUPPORT ENGINEER - QC PAPERLESS/SAP - Lucerne (workload 100%)

Job Description:
For one of our client we are looking for QC Paperless System Supporter in Rotkreuz to support IT systems in operations, communicating with Stakeholders. The role is contract position for 12 Months (with strong possibility of extension) close to Lucerne, Switzerland.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support for IT systems in operations
- Communication to stakeholders
- Management of bug fixing to 3rd level provider
- Management of system enhancement to 3rd level provider (requirements writing, testing)

Requirements:
- Strong affinity for automated data processing and high-level data integrity in productive environments such as Quality Control and Manufacturing of sensors and reagents for Client's blood gas cobas systems
- Fast training in evaluation system for automated data processing in Quality Control consisting of several software components such as an interface to laboratory instruments, SAP and a SAP add-on solution
- Excellent knowhow in SAP and SAP add-on solutions

Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or automatization or equivalent
- Additional training in SAP

Languages:
- German - Fluent (Min. B2 level).
