System Support Engineer- Manufacturing

JOB TITLE: SYSTEM SUPPORT ENGINEER- MANUFACTURING
JOB LOCATION: HELSINKI, FINLAND
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

JOB SUMMARY:
* Track the loose samples, Experience in HATT tool).
* Quarterly HVI cycle count (loose CPU count) - this would be in BB supervision.
* Handling requests sent to all Lab Managers, Intel Manager can be the official lab manager and delegate the tasks that can be given to BB so we have some control here.
* Inspections, surveys, checks, chemical approvals etc.
* Hardware gets to the right person/team."

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Install new SDPs into power lab.
* Required reworks are done.
* Required software updates are done (BIOS/FW etc.).
* Older hardware is securely destroyed.
* Troubleshoots issues on non-SDV hardware
* Checks Premier regularly for updates to SDV hardware.
* Good knowledge of Linux and Linux build systems
* Good Python skills
* Jenkins CI environment knowledge"

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS
* experience in Python
* Experience in Linux and Linux Build Systems
* Experience in rework, PCB soldering of SMD Components
* Experience in inventory management
* Experience in flashing BIOS/Firmware
* Good Communications skills
* System troubleshooting and PC motherboard troubleshooting knowledge
