System Support

Good Afternoon, Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a System Support Specialist L3 for a contract opportunity of 6 months in Prague for one of our key clients.

Requirement:
*Archiving SME, 100%, CZPR
*Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and single point of contact (SPOC) for all topics related to the archiving tool and underlying infrastructure systems.
*Designs adequate (fit-for-purpose, fit-for-use) archiving tool and infrastructure systems required to provide the service and to deliver the agreed level of service.
*Ensures necessary documentation (eg technology and product specifications) is aligned and agreed.
*Assumes the responsibility that the archiving tool and infrastructure is customized and maintained according to the needs.
Experience
*Should have broad business application and data management skills (DB and data model, ETL, including reporting to govern the strategic partners - experience in Data Archiving is a plus.

Location: Prague
Hourly rate: 990 CZK/hour
