Assignment description:

Act as the co-lead to the System Readiness & Cut-over in management duties providing oversight and leadership to Master Data, Data Migration & Cutover teams.

Be responsible for overall system readiness through to go-live and post go-live support

Be responsible for the overall Cutover activities for all go-lives

Represent the workstream on senior management communication

Provide leadership to the workstream, giving direction and guidance throughout the System readiness process through to cut over.

Is likely to also be directly responsible for one or more cutovers directly (see description of roles and task for Cutover large countries).

Competence requirement:

Senior Project manager with Extensive experience of the full project life cycle within a similar role essential

Special focus on Cutover/Go Live leadership experience

Ability to provide project coordination, ability to set target dates, follow up and track progress with parties from different areas

Demonstrated leadership through system readiness preparation activities and through cut over essential.

A Strong leader and good communicator with experience of working with a multi-cultural team working across regions using a variety of different mediums.
