System Management/Business Analyst/Infrastructure/ITIL

Marlin Green are searching for a System Management Consultant/Business Analyst for a Global customer in Basel.

Scope:

- Establishing a System Management Framework* including definition and development across the PD Business Functions, Development Infrastructure and Informatics
- System Management Framework consists of: Accountability & Capability Model, Governance Model, System Management Standards and Business System Ownership

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in the Business Functions and Informatics
- Collaborate with DPO/OTI project team for strategic alignment
- Set up and conduct interviews with SMEs (analyze as-is situation, pain points and identify areas for improvement/recommendations)
- Propose improvements/recommendations based on SME input and in alignment with overall DI strategy
- Loopback improvement proposals/recommendations with SMEs for validation
- Document and present as-is and to-be situation including improvement proposals/recommendation
- Facilitation of workshops required to develop improvement proposals/recommendation as needed
- Accountability & Capability Model
- RACI Matrix including key Business and Informatics roles
- BSO role definition
- Define and clarify System Management Lifecycle activities (aligned with ITIL), assign roles and identify gaps
- Governance model
- Define change control and change management process across the PD Business Functions and Informatics
- Determine organizational setup
- Align with strategic governance model
- System Management Standards
- Collect current Business and IT standards
- Identify gaps (no or little standards available)
- Identify overlaps or even contradiction
- Update standards where necessary in collaboration with the standard owners
- Develop catalogue of standards and how to apply
- Business System Ownership
- Define transition criteria for systems to be transitioned to OTI
- Support analysis of current system setup
- Support preparing readiness of systems to be transferred
- Document transition

Skills, experience:

- Competency level: SENIOR
- 5-9 years system management experience
- Deep experience in system implementation or system management implementation (eg ITIL)
- English
