Job Description:
Our client, a leading financial institution, seeks an Integrations Engineer. As an integration engineer in the Systems Automation team, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of integrations between the enterprise IT service request system and Back End systems used for fulfillment of those requests. The team will be focused on data center automation and transitioning provisioning, move, add, change, and decommission work to a Service Request Framework. This role will require software development skills and knowledge of system to system integration. This includes taking architectural design and client requirements to determine data translations, integration requirements, building interfaces, testing interfaces, and maintaining them. The candidate will be required to gather technical requirements, work across multiple organizations, deliver technical solutions, gather end-user feedback on provided solutions and enhance as needed. The candidate should have a background in data center automation.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years working in a systems integration or IT automation role.
- Strong working knowledge of web services integration (SOAP, JSON).
- Strong working knowledge of Database structures, SQL client syntax.
- Working knowledge of BMC Bladelogic (blcli), BMC Atrium Orchestrator (BAO), and BMC Remedy.
- Candidate must have a background in software development.
- Has the ability to write technical requirements or fulfil requirements provided to him/her.
- Candidate must be able to provide recommendations on data architecture.
- Excellent analytical skills.

Desired skills:

- 5+ years of Technical/Data Architecture.
- 5+ years Integration/Data Center Automation.
- 5+ years Experience with software development methodologies.
- 5+ years Experience with automation or configuration management software.
- Working knowledge of BMC Bladelogic (blcli), BMC Atrium Orchestrator (BAO), and BMC Remedy.
- Working knowledge of Virtualization technologies (RHEV, KVM, VMWare, etc.).
- Working knowledge of OS Provisioning Systems (BladeLogic, xCAT, Kickstart, etc.) a plus.
- Working knowledge of Data Center storage solutions (NetApp, EMC, etc.), storage architectures, and toolsets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
