System Expert - Identity and Access Management Service (f/m)

Starting date: 1st of February 2017
Length of the contract: 12 months with possibility of extension

Task description:
* Support during lifecycle of technical services (Identity and Access Management), in specifications, integration, test, acceptance and deployment stages, focusing of aspects related to system and application integration
* Evaluate and execute changes and service requests according to provided operating procedures while maintaining agreed service levels and deadlines
* Contribute to the deployment of services in production by advising on the production impact of planned changes, assisting Data Centre Operations in the roll-out and post implementation
* Deploy, configure systems and environments, to integrate services according to the system design and network policies (zoning concept)
* Document installation and operational procedures for further deployments in Data Centre Operations
* Support end-users during pilot phase for introduction of new services
* Plan, prepare and document of maintenance activities such as hardware firmware and software upgrades
* Support design and preparation of recovery and contingency exercises to ensure system recovery in accordance with the predefined plans and documentation

Your profile:
* Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, information system security, or related disciplines
* Engineering and design experience
* Experience on the installation, configuration and maintenance of Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Federation Software products, as well in migration and upgrades between different versions
* Experience in authentication protocols: LDAP, Kerberos, RADIUS, certificate based authentication and federation services
* Experience in mixed operating system and database environments, including Windows, ESX, Unix, Linux, MS SQL, Oracle, managing technical service transition, creation and maintenance of related documentation on MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of Apache Web Server, SSL and SAML2 protocols
* Good understanding of and experience working with ITIL processes, particularly change, incident and problem management
* On-call duties possible
