System Expert - Citrix (f/m)

For our client we are looking for a System Expert - Citrix Service.

Contract: Permanent Employment through Harvey Nash
Location: Frankfurt

Responsibilities :
- Participate in the design of complex IT solutions and security policies to Citrix Server based systems
- Support the lifecycle of technical services, integration, test acceptance and deployment stages
- Identify and communicate improvements to Citrix services
- Provide 3rd level support for operational Citrix-based systems
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve system problems
- Plan, prepare, test and implement maintenance activities (among other duties)

Your Skills:
- Excellent knowledge in supporting, administering, and maintaining Citrix Xenapp systems
- Experience in Citrix Provisioning Server based systems, Windows System Security, Firewall Technology and application virtualisation
- Good knowledge of MS Windows, MS Active Directory, Web Services, MS SQL, file sharing Services, scripting (Powershell) and VMWare
- Experience co-ordinating complex IT service including design and release planning
- Experience working with ITIL processes - change management, incident and problem management, writing technical procedures and design documentation
- Fluent English
- Able to start relatively quickly
