System Engineers

The Systems Engineers will:

1. Either individually, or as part of a team, undertake design and implementation activities for the delivery of Hosting, Storage and Data Protection and Recovery Systems.

2. Develop system design and specification services for various Hosting, Storage and Data Protection and Recovery Systems.

3. Provide systems engineering services in support of projects.

4. Develop standards and provide advice to the relevant technical authority for systems design and changes.

5. Coordinate installation scheduling and change management activities.

6. Coordinate commissioning and acceptance testing activities to ensure acceptance into service.

7. Undertake post implementation reviews.

8. Resolve complex problems with regard to deployment and sustainment of Hosting, Storage and Data Protection and Recovery Systems. Undertake third level fault resolutions and analysis and identify solutions to rectify recurring problems.

9. Liaise with users, contractors, suppliers and support vendors.

10. A TS NV2 security clearance is ESSENTIAL
