System Engineer - MS Exchange Server

System Engineer with profound MS Exchange Server knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Practical experience and expertise in engineering email solutions with MS Microsoft Exchange Server, MS Outlook, SMTP/Postfix, Archiving, DLP and other business applications
- Know-how of ASP.NET development, with the ability to provide replacement solutions and analyse existing Legacy processes including database integration
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Understanding of PowerShell, programming concepts and Scripting skills for automating administrative tasks
- Strong troubleshooting ability with first-hand IT support experience
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Working as part of the Messaging Engineering team, designing and delivering a modern, effective and fast developing corporate email solution
- Providing detailed documentation for design, installation and support
- Analysing service performance to ensure no impact on production systems
- Performing root cause analysis on 4th level problem and incident tickets
- Following strict deadlines and providing weekly progress updates, highlighting potential issues and risks
- Communicating with technical teams and vendors to resolve problems
