Our client is a Swiss financial institute, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a System Engineer Java for a 12 months contract.
As a System Engineer your responsibilities would be the following:
- Hands-on development of the core Order Management System Middleware, external system connectivity
- Provide technical and business expertise to the team
- Analyse and design pragmatic and effective solutions
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking to find the best candidates with the following profile:
- 5+ years of Java development
- Strong securities trading knowledge
- Strong experience in developing Front Office trading applications
- Experience with Tomcat, MQ, Hibernate, JAX, XML, SOAP and Concurrency API's
- Experience in Investment Banking
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English
