System Engineer/Architect (Contact Center Platform)

Experienced System Engineer and Architect with technical knowledge (Contact Center Platform) within an international bank in Zurich, Switzerland.
YOUR TASKS:
- Responsible to translate business requirements into technical and architectural specifications on the Contact Center Platform
- Assist Domain Architects to start, plan and implement the CC Platform
- Down- and Upstream integration support of the platform along with events and feeds based on Business/IT needs
- Support the BA/Testers during the test phases and handle accurate defect reports
- Close collaboration with Business, Developers, Project Managers, Suppliers and Support teams
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Profound knowledge in the life cycle of Contact Center Products, general Banking understanding and many years of practical experience
- Experience of working with a Contact Center platform/application (Genesys) is required
- IT background and exposure with iterative incremental development styles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and good language skills in German and English is mandatory
