For one of our banking clients in Zurich, we are looking for a
Integration Engineer - developer C# and PowerShell
Start: ASAP
Duration 6months +
Location: Zurich
The Workspace Automation Team has the responsibility to provide the detailed control and automation services across our end user device ecosystem to ensure the highly efficient and cost effective use of our desktop, mobile and application resources. The team makes direct contribution to our IT efficiency initiatives with direct and measurable contribution to the success of the firm. Within this team we have an opening for a developer or integration engineer (C# .NET and PowerShell) experienced with automation and integration in the area of Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager). The successful candidate will bring a commercial mind set to the role, demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability, show a track record of delivering efficiency in a global & multicultural environment as well as the developer and analytical skills to grow this area in support of the Bank's IT strategy.
The good candidates for this role will be responsible for designing and coding together with another developer in the team a responsive and modern looking application shopping interface for the end users that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
This interface need to be tightly integrated in the SCCM solution.
* Design and develop application running on Win10 communicating with the SCCM infrastructure
* Application need to support "traditional Win 32" and "modern UI touch" look and feel
* The position requires constant communication with globally distributed colleagues and stakeholders
* Creating new and maintain existing workflows, web services and web pages
* The position requires constant communication with globally distributed colleagues and stakeholders
* Optimize and redefine existing web applications and web services
* Support migration of Silverlight to HTML5
Qualifications:
* Strong C# .net and/or PowerShell development and MS Visual Studio 2013 skills
* Experience with SCCM APIs using WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation)
* Experience in application development for applications running on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 ("traditional Win 32" and "modern UI touch" look and feel)
* Experience with the following development patterns beneficial MVC, MVVM, XAML and WFC
* Undergraduate degree in computer science. information technology or related discipline
* 5+ years working experience
* Strong communication skills, oral and written
The individual brings a commercial mindset to the role and demonstrates a strong sense of personal accountability in providing end-to-end delivery. The person has a track record in bringing efficiency in day-to-day operations. The individual has excellent ability to work collaboratively across cultures in a global environment.
