Projektbeschreibung
Primary customer support is performed on-site at customer locations performing software installation and configuration, inter-operability testing between the hardware and software, executing test cases with our products and commercial UE devices. Travel around the US will be required.
NOTE: Our Client develops advanced 3GPP/3GPP2 protocol software development products that are used by leading edge carriers and phone developers around the world. As member of our team, you will be exposed to these technologies during the commissioning of a system.
This is an exciting opportunity for a person with the following skills, education and experience:
*BSEE/BSCSE/BSCE/BSCS/Telecommunication or equivalent.
*Requires ability and experience to effectively interface with highly technical customers.
*Experience (minimum 2 years) working with 3GPP/3GPP2 standards & documentation, LTE/UTRAN/GERAN & cdma2000 air interface and signalling (cdma2000, EVDO, GSM, WCDMA, HSDPA, HSUPA, HSPA Evolution, LTE, VoIP, etc), wireless communications test equipment, and network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP).
*Experience with any protocol test systems, TTCN2/TTCN3, and automated test execution environments again, is a big plus.
