System Controller (Identity Mgmt Services, Messaging)

On behalf of a major Pharma client we are urgently looking for two System Controllers (Identity Management Services, messaging systems) for an 8 months contract in Basel (Switzerland).

Project Description:

- Provide identity management services for end users: creation, moves, change, termination requests for user accounts
- Taking into account network security and data privacy requirements.

Main Tasks:

- Process user account creation (joiners) incl. basic access, user account changes, moves and terminations
- Process user authorization requests, logs them into the call management system
- Provide information to requestor on status of calls until closed
- Drive efficiency by utilizing globally defined best practice processes
- Incident and Issue Handling based on ITIL, Exception Management.

Special Requirements:

- Fluent English and German
- Identity Management Life Cycle experience
- Experience with Network Security and Data Privacy requirements
- Experience with Gmail implementation is an advantage

Project Details:

- Start: 01.11.2012
- End: 30.06.2013
- No remote work option, normal working time is 40 hours per week in Basel
- Hourly rate, best offers considered for interviews.
