On behalf of one major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is currently looking for a System Controller (Identity Management Services) for a project in Switzerland.
Project description
- Provide identity management services for end users (creation, moves, change, termination requests for user accounts.)
- Taking into account network security and data privacy requirements.
Main Tasks
- Processes user account creation (joiners) including basic access
- Processes user account changes, moves and terminations (leavers)
- Processes user authorization requests, logs them into the call management system
- Provide information to requestor on status of calls until closed
- Drives efficiency by utilizing globally defined best practice processes for IT operations
- Incident and Issue Handling based on ITIL, Exception Management
Special Requirements
- Fluent English and German
- Identity Management Life Cycle
- Experience with Gmail implementation is an advantage
- Experience with Network Security
- Experience with data Privacy requirements
