Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a SYSTEM CONSULTANT who has proven experience with OPENTEXT LIVELINK TECHNOLOGIES such as with AEM TECHNOLOGY.

This is a long term contracting role based in Basel and planned to start in August until April with extension opportunities.

PROJECT BACKGROUND:

The team of IT for Group Communications is in a transition period which includes activities around the following topics:

- Implementing a new CMS to manage the group Internet site. This includes the decommissioning of old CMS.
-Implementing/developing new CMS for affiliates Internet sites.
- Implementing a new group-wide Intranet which consists of the migration of ~500 Intranet sites into the new Intranet solution. This includes the decommissioning of old Intranet management systems.
- Implementation of Digital Registry tools to manage digital channels across the organization
- Implementation of a new Operating Model which includes the transferring of several activities to near shore locations. This also includes the review and establishments of processes and roles.

TASKS:

During this project you will support the team in the following activities which are linked to the above situation:

- Livelink applications decommissioning, and migration to new web content management system (Sharepoint 2010 for Intranets, Magnolia for Internet).
- Development of CMS Templates in Adobe Experience Manager for affiliates
- Establishment of operating model for affiliates in AEM
- Review of current process, implementation of a new process and procedure including the interaction with near shore and offshore location people.
- Implementation of Digital Registry tool to manage digital channels across the organization
- Hand-over the solution to ADMD team in Poland for sustainable operations
- Write down corresponding documentation, test scripts, and charters according to the specific Project Management Methodology

IDEAL PROFILE:

- 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE in OPENTEXT LIVELINK technologies
- 5+ years of experience with AEM TECHNOLOGY
- 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in the area of ANALYTICS (especially Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag Management, Google Analytics), preferably with broad industry exposure
- Deep knowledge and at least 3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE in SHAREPOINT, including Nintex knowledge and experience
- Experience in JAVA with ORACLE 11 DB to the extend it is needed for the development of the solution
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.)
- Excellent ability to communicate with different stakeholders, not only what is being done and how, but also why
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE to manage the tasks according to the Project Management Methodology (PMM) will be a big asset
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodology is a nice to have
- ITIL, Lean experience will be a nice to have
