System Center Specialist

SYSTEM CENTRE SPECIALIST

One of my Dutch Clients are looking for a SYSTEM CENTRE SPECIALIST for a job role in Amsterdam for a financial banking client.

The SYSTEM CENTRE SPECIALIST responsibilities will include:

- All development and engineering work to develop a self-support portal for the benefit of the Microsoft System Centre Suite.
- Establishing and further improving the deployment of automated patches and/or new systems or not including SQL.
- Standardize and automate based on PowerShell and Orchestrator of repetitive work.
- Cooperate with other Microsoft teams (SQL, IIS, Windows and Citrix) to make maximum use of the System Centre suite capabilities for standardization and automation of operations.
- The maintenance of the complete System Centre suite in such a way that it contains the latest functionalities which can use the business partners for the benefit of a stable and good monitored infrastructure.
- Advising on and/or develop monitoring standards issue detection, performance and trend analysis of the Microsoft environments.

The Successful SYSTEM CENTRE SPECIALIST will have at least 65% of the following:

- Thorough knowledge and experience of all products in the System Centre suite (Configuration Manager, Operations Manager, Orchestrator)
- It is an advantage if you have worked a lot with the modules Virtual Machine Manager and/or Service Manager.
- Managing and configuring Microsoft server, within SQL Server (advantage).
- Hyper-V environments or with the Azure product offering from Microsoft. (advantage)
- PowerShell Scripting (Reading/Writing)
- The creation and use of APIs is a daily routine.
- Dutch speaking
- English speaking
