Role:
Senior System Architect for Migration & Consolidation Projects in scope of Virtual Command Center Maturation and VCC Migration Factory early transformations.

. Drive definition, optimization and standardization of the IT architecture for global services within the Program.
. Manage a group of System Architects and System Engineers as a team lead.
. Analyze technical architecture to ensure the proposed architecture is fully compliant with the architectural policies and roadmap as well as with Data center Governance.
. Analyze and assess technical feasibility for proposed architecture. Provide consulting for the implementation of new systems architectures.
. Identify risks (operational and compliance) around the proposed architecture and ensure identified risks are logged, followed up, and closed in a timely manner.
. Focus on implementing new systems architectures according to agreed schedules.
. Stay in touch with the restrictions for changes set by the business-related conditions and the technical framework.
. Purpose: Be part of a one-in-a-lifetime key strategic transformation project.
. Team work: work as part of a team toward a common objective. Flow to the work & take on roles beyond pure technical mastery as needed.
. Ownership: Responsibility for business critical, complex data center migrations in a very large, complex business and IT organization.
. Complexity: Working together with management teams providing complex, contextual advice regarding system architecture, migration requirements and schedule.

Required Qualifications:
. Minimum education: University degree or adequate equivalent.
. Leadership: ability to think strategically, enable co-team members, and engage with business/service owners.
. 5 years of proven architectural experience in a data center domain role in a global company as well as 5 years of System Design experience/OS.
. GxP/SOX: sound knowledge of validation practice.
. Good understanding of processes/organizatio is a true asset.
. Ability to cope with project and operations complexities, ambiguities and Matrix organizations.
. Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment.
. Good written and verbal communication skills.
. Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks.
. Ability to work in team and deal with variable workload.
. Experiences with project management, MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint.

Language skills:
. Fluent English written & spoken, German desirable.
