System Architect

Green Light is currently looking for an experienced and TSPV cleared System Architect with solid skills in providing system architectural support for an IT program based in Canberra.

The System Architect has responsibility for contributing to design activities forthe overarching program architecture.

This includes, but is not limited to: 

- High level designs
- Detailed designs
- Technical documentation
- Related engineering activities across the program.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Validate business requirements
- Contribute to the overarching Cyber program architecture and capability roadmap
- Work to a broader enterprise architecture, patterns and standards
- Develop, deliver and maintain high level system designs
- Develop, deliver and maintain detailed system designs
- Develop, deliver and maintain system specifications
- Develop, deliver and maintain system interface designs
- Develop, deliver and maintain requirements traceability Matrix
- Develop, deliver and maintain verification and validation strategy
- Identify and manage architecture risks and issues.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO BECONSIDERED:

- Experience in architecting complex system
- Working with architectural tools
- Excellent understanding of current architectural design patterns, standards, technologies and techniques
- Extensive experience in Informationand Communications Technology (ICT) system design and Service oriented Architecture
- Working knowledge of the Cyber security environment
- Experience in information and data management
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Administrative skills, including time management
- Ability to effectively prioritise and allocate tasks
- Ability to successfully manage all working relationships
- Experience in information and data management.
- Must have essential certifications/qualifications.
- Must be TSPV cleared.
