System Architect

Projektbeschreibung
As a system architect you will have overall responsibility for the architecture of all the systems within the delivery area. That includes around 10 different system, both in-house developed and SaaS solutions. Together with the business analyst and the system architect you will analyze the business needs and propose suitable solutions.
The system architect is also responsible for the long term perspective, making sure the necessary technical improvements are made to keep systems future proof.
You will act as mentor for the developers within the area in designing solutions and you will be responsible for setting up development guidelines for the area.
The candidate should have several years' experience as a software developer and at least a couple of years in a leading role, as for example System Architect or Development Lead. It is important you are confident with stepping away from programming as this role contributes more on paper than in Java code.
The ideal candidate has to be driven and have the ability to communicate both with creative business roles as well as with technicians. As the role has many contacts, it is crucial you have great social skills.
The role is 100% and based in Stockholm. Travel may occur.

* 3-5 years' experience in software programming

* 1-2 years' experience in leader role, as System Architect or Development Lead
