System and Security Admin

In addition, the candidate will need strong diagnostic skills and the ability to understand complex security principles to better configure and secure the environments. The candidate will work within the SCIS infrastructure teams and provide security administrative support for the project's Linux, Windows and storage environments.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,
- minimum of 3-5 years server and development experience, in a Linux and Microsoft Windows operating environment.
- Applicant should be able to demonstrate a strong aptitude, excellent teaming and interpersonal skills and very strong communication and customer service skills.
- The candidate requires System and Storage Security knowledge
- DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant should have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and initiatives in a demanding environment.
- Knowledge of Linus, Windows, VMware, NetApp, Avamar/DataDomain and vBlock is highly desired.
