System Analyst System Engineer System Support Italian and English Speaker
CLIENT

ROLE
System Analyst will perform root cause analysis, suggest and implement solutions to resolve issues permanently. System Analyst will implement opportunities at site to enhance knowledge of SES solution and use the gained knowledge to train new resources as well as to provide enhanced qualitative on-site maintenance and support. System Analyst will coordinate with site management team and report to them weekly/monthly of status support performance. System Engineer will assess technical problems: proposed optimised, effective and well-documented solutions. System Engineer will coordinate with various internal and external software OEM vendors to manage the escalation of support issues as they arise. This is a 3 month contract starting immediately near Cortina D'Ampezzo with likely extension.
CANDIDATE
System Analyst should have good team skills and should be able to build relationship with end users working at manufacturing shop floor. System Engineer must have very good written and verbal communication skills in French and English. System Analyst must possess working experience with systems management such as disaster recovery, problem management and incident management. System Analyst must have exposure to functionality of SCADA system, vision stations, MES and on packaging line operations (optional). System Engineer must have experience of managing a large number of different individuals with varying styles, issues, and complexity and to independently manage workload and adjust priorities as needed. System Analyst must have excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills. System Analyst should possess work experience on S95 level 0 and level 1 manufacturing devices, such as camera, label, printer, handheld scanners, triggers. The Candidate must be able to speak Fluent Italian and English.
RATE -
Rate payable for this role is a range of between EUR 30 per hour EUR 36 per hour with all the skills and experience necessary.
