NextLink Solutions need to hire a System Analyst for a crucial and very complex project, where all your System Analyst skills will be tested.

This very exciting and critical project is for a global and highly sought after pharmaceutical company in Switzerland.

SYSTEM ANALYST TASKS:

- Take ownership of user requirements
- Support our IT solutions by applying specific knowledge of systems and tools as well as problem solving skills
- Implement and monitor system performance using defined standards and resolve or escalate problems for resolution when appropriate

SYSTEM ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS:

- Serialization
- Supply chain
- Business processes
- Incident management: accept, process, resolve issues in our Track and Trace applications
- Database/SQL
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Manufacturing Execution System

SYSTEM ANALYST nice to Have:

- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, within a regulated environment (CSV)
- Preferably experience with Laetus and/or OPAL track & trace solutions
- MES (Mfg. Execution System) Experience
