For one of our healthcare clients we are looking for a
System Analyst
Start: 21/11/2016
End: 31/12/2017
Location: Basel
You are an engineer who would offer second level of support to the users.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Handout and delivery of mobile devices
- First logins with the users on their laptop and giving them an introduction on the system
- Incident management from initial contact through ticketing, user interactions and fixes to ticket closure
- Correct documentation
- Taking care of incidents and requests
- Assisting the Embedded supporters on administrative work
- Handout and first login of PCLCM (PC LifeCycle Management) devices
