System Analyst

- 5+ years of IT business and systems analysis experience, preferably involving software development technologies such as Java, .NET, Oracle
- 5+ strong analytical, problem solving and business/technical spec documentation skills.
- Strong technical acumen, aptitude, preferably gained in a technical/engineering capacity
- Strong ability to work with business/technical ambiguity and translate it into business and technical specifications
- 3+ years' experience working with virtual/distributed teams, business & executive clients
- Experience of Agile projects and tools such as JIRA, Rational Team Concert
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven individual, who can drive actions and obtain results
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration and relationship building/management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts, regardless of the technical level of the audience.
- Proven track record of implementing industry best practices and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality results.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, VISIO and PL/SQL.
- Bachelor's degree in computer-related field.
- Practical experience in analysing and solving business needs
- Experience with software delivery methods (Agile and/or FSDM)
- Experience with producing data flow diagrams, business use cases, work and process flow diagrams
- Broad application/technology knowledge (ie SQL, Use case writing, business process and systems workflow documentation)
