System Administrator - Server Service - FR/EN

Fujitsu Technology solutions is actively looking for a server system administrator

Tasks

- Operational management of the ICT production environment for HQ and Delegations:
- Debugging and analysing of reported problems and escalated incidents.
- Direct intervention on ICT infrastructure (Servers, workstations).
- Preparation and test of new reference configurations (CRB) for any supported hardware.
- Basic Network administration tasks.
- Validation and tests of new procedures before release.
- Assistance with roll-out of new ICT infrastructure projects.
- On-site installation/migration/repair missions in delegations.
- Follow-up of incidents assigned to other services within EEAS or to external service providers (example: DIGIT, BT, etc).
- Operate in accordance with the defined ITIL processes and procedures (incident, change, problem, etc)

EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF:

- Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 Server administration- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Microsoft Active Directory

Active Directory Lightweight Directory Service
Rights Management Service
read-only domain controller
Federation Services (AD FSv2)

- Microsoft Group policies

Configure GPO templates/ADMX Central Store
Configure account policies

- Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2010 administration.
- Microsoft Print services - Print queues management
- Microsoft DFS (DFS Namespaces, DFS replication), DHCP, DNS (Scavenging, DNSSEC, Background zone loading zone transfers and replication)
- Microsoft Terminal services (Remote desktop Session host, Remote desktop licensing, Remote desktop connection broker)
- Microsoft Power Shell Scripting (command and parameter naming, pipeline parameter binding)
- HP server infrastructure

HP Blade (BL)/DL 5xx
HP Enclosure (C3xxx)
HP Blade mezzanine/VC-FC

KNOWLEDGE OF:

- Redhat Linux, Unix - Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Shel Scripting
- Microsoft Clustering
- Microsoft Certificate authority

Network Device Enrolment Service

- Protocols NFS/CIFS, LDAP
- Databases (SQL, MySQL, Sharepoint) - DB server infrastructure management
- Monitoring (Hobbit/Xymon/Nagios/CACTI) - Open source SNMP management tools

MINIMUM REQUIRED

- Experience as System administrator - Min 4 years (2 years if university degree)
- Experience with Service management tools - 1 year.
- ITIL foundations certification.
- Experience with administration of Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 - 2 years.
- Relevant certifications.
